Man charged with rapes after girls ‘attacked close to a train station’

A 19-year-old man named Sonny Boyes from Exeter has been charged with two counts of rape and three counts of sexual assault involving a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old girl near Digby and Sowton station. The charges follow reports of the incidents that occurred on the evening of May 9, prompting an investigation by Devon and Cornwall Police. Detective Inspector Emma Lefort stated that the victims are being supported by specialist officers and urged anyone with information from that time to come forward.
