Ukraine and Russia have accused each other of violating a three-day ceasefire initiated by President Vladimir Putin, effective from May 8-10. Ukraine’s Foreign Minister reported 734 violations by Russia, resulting in one death and two injuries in the Sumy region, while Russia claimed Ukraine breached the ceasefire 488 times. Amid escalating tensions, President Xi Jinping visited Moscow, with both leaders emphasizing their cooperation, which Putin described as beneficial for their nations, not directed against others.
