Police have identified a hooded teenager caught on video attacking a player during a schoolboy rugby match between Napier Boys’ High School and Gisborne Boys’ High School on May 30. The assailant, visiting from Wellington and not affiliated with the schools, has been interviewed, and the case has been referred to the Youth Services team for further action.
