Some young American women are considering boycotting men in response to President-elect Trump’s victory, fueled by male voters. The 4B movement has gained traction on platforms like TikTok and Twitter, with women advocating for a sharp decline in birth rates and closing off their wombs to males. Far-right men with large social media followings have responded with controversial comments, prompting backlash and discussions about consent. Gender studies professor Ju Hui Judy Han notes that the interest in the 4B movement at this moment is understandable.
