Newly released photos and videos show fugitive Tom Phillips and his three children living in close proximity to a main road, surprisingly just a twenty-minute walk from it. Phillips was killed in a shootout with police on Monday, which resulted in an officer being critically injured, and authorities had cordoned off the area until recently.
