Syrian President Declares Ceasefire and Integration Agreement with SDF

The deal mandates an immediate ceasefire and the withdrawal of SDF forces east of the Euphrates River, with Deir ez-Zor and Raqqa being fully transferred to the Syrian government. Current employees in these provinces will retain their positions, and all border crossings and oil fields will come under government control. The agreement aims to secure state revenues while incorporating civilian institutions from Hasakah into the Syrian administration.
