Microsoft sued for involvement in Gaza conflict

Microsoft is under legal scrutiny for allegedly aiding Israel’s military actions in Gaza, accused by a coalition of human rights organizations of complicity in war crimes and genocide. A formal notice highlights the company’s provision of technology that supports Israel’s military surveillance and operations, including work with Unit 8200, leading to significant civilian casualties. As Microsoft has increased its military contracts amidst the ongoing conflict, critics assert that the company’s involvement has exacerbated the humanitarian crisis. Shareholders are urged to reconsider their support, facing potential legal and reputational risks.
