Mohammed Ibrahim Released After 9 Months in Israeli Detention

American teenager Mohammed Ibrahim has been released after nine months in an Israeli military prison, where he was reportedly subjected to abuse. Arrested during a nighttime raid on February 16 in al-Mazra’a ash-Sharqiya, his family expressed relief at his return but highlighted the trauma he endured. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) called for U.S. accountability regarding Israel’s treatment of American citizens. Ibrahim’s family is now focused on securing medical care and celebrating his return.
