Rapid Support Forces (RSF) attacked the famine-stricken Abu Shouk displaced persons camp near El Fasher, North Darfur, resulting in 40 deaths and at least 19 injuries. The camp, home to around 450,000 displaced individuals, has faced repeated assaults amid ongoing conflicts between the RSF and the Sudanese army, which still controls El Fasher city.
