The EU foreign ministers will discuss this proposal, which includes funding for Syria’s ministries of defense and interior, at an upcoming Brussels meeting. The proposal also suggests lifting sanctions on the Commercial Bank of Syria while retaining measures against individuals linked to the former Assad administration, aiming to support socio-economic recovery.
