NEW DELHI: The BJP has criticized Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, calling him ‘Videsh Nayak’ and ‘leader of paryatan’ as he prepares for a visit to Germany from December 15-20, coinciding with the Winter Session of Parliament. BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla highlighted Gandhi’s overseas trips, suggesting they detract from his duties as Leader of the Opposition. During his trip, Gandhi will engage with German lawmakers and the Indian community in Berlin, discussing concerns regarding India’s democracy. Additionally, security lapses involving Gandhi have been raised by the Central Reserve Police Force, emphasizing the need for adherence to protective protocols.
