Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu has pledged stringent action against those accountable for the significant flight disruptions at IndiGo, attributed to pilot-rostering issues. A committee is currently investigating the situation, while the DGCA has provided exemptions to aid in restoring normal operations. IndiGo has issued an apology and is offering waivers to affected passengers as its services gradually stabilize. The airline is working to improve operations in line with regulatory guidance.
