Operation Brahma: India's helping hand to Myanmar

India launched Operation Brahma in response to the devastating earthquake in Myanmar, providing Search and Rescue (SAR), humanitarian aid, disaster relief, and medical assistance. The operation involved six aircraft and five Indian Naval ships delivering 625 MT of Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief material to Myanmar. The effort included three tranches of aid, with the first involving supplies like tents and blankets, the second delivering NDRF specialists and equipment, and the third transporting an Indian Army Field Hospital Team with medical supplies to Naypyitaw and Mandalay.
