Sr. Col Wu Qian, spokesman for China’s National Defence, mentioned this during a media briefing regarding the disengagement process at the Line of Actual Control in eastern Ladakh. The recent thaw in relations between China and India has led to high-level meetings and discussions to normalize ties, emphasizing a shared vision for a stable military-to-military relationship.
