The Indo-Tibetan Border Police has partnered with the governments of Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh to implement the vibrant village programme near the India-China border, aiming to provide employment and livelihood opportunities to locals. The initiative emphasizes eco-friendly sourcing and has already benefitted villagers with goods worth ₹1 crore, with plans to extend the program to 400 villages in Arunachal Pradesh, supporting sustainable development in the region.
