10 years into Huthi rule, some Yemenis count the cost

The Huthis have ruled Yemen’s capital, Sanaa, for 10 years, bringing economic decline and increased restrictions on personal freedoms. This radical political-military group, backed by Iran, controls two-thirds of Yemen’s population and has imposed strict rule since taking power in 2014. Despite the Huthi dominance, some in Sanaa quietly yearn for the days before their rule began.
