Denheath Desserts in liquidation: South Canterbury custard square company closed

Denheath Desserts, known for its custard squares, has entered liquidation following a High Court application by the executors of the estate of Brian James Kenton, who owned over 12% of the company’s shares. The Official Assignee was appointed last Thursday, and creditors are encouraged to contact the insolvency.govt.nz website for further information.
