The South African National Blood Services is in need of blood group O donors to help save lives, especially of newborn babies with blood disorders who require immediate transfusions. Donors aged 16 to 75, weighing over 50kg, and leading a healthy lifestyle are encouraged to visit local donor centers or support SANBS pop-up collection drives. Mass drives will take place at various malls, and interested individuals can call 0800 11 90 31 for more information or visit the Tsakane Mall Blood Drive on weekdays from 10:00 to 15:00.
