Two years after a devastating earthquake in southern Turkey, survivor Omer Aydin continues to struggle with the trauma and financial challenges in a temporary housing unit. The earthquake, which killed over 53,000 people, destroyed Aydin’s home in Iskenderun, leaving him as the sole provider for his family. Despite government efforts to build new housing, many survivors like Aydin are still facing immense challenges and uncertainty about their future.
