Yati Narsinghanand Under House Arrest Over Plan To Recite Hanuman Chalisa At Tauqeer Raza Delhi Conference

On Sunday, Dasna temple priest Yati Narsinghanand was put under house arrest by police to prevent disruption during a Muslim conference in Delhi led by Tauqeer Raza regarding the Waqf Board Amendment Bill. As Narsinghanand and his followers were blocked from leaving, they recited the Hanuman Chalisa within the temple premises in protest, with Narsinghanand criticizing Raza, Madni, and Owaisi for exploiting Hindu kindness and urging Hindus to unite against Islamic forces in India. Ghaziabad Police Commissioner stated no objections to their travel to Delhi, pending permission from authorities in the capital.
