Law Firm Boss Faces Tribunal for Viewing Explicit Content at Work

A law firm boss, whose identity is suppressed, faced complaints from multiple employees for watching pornography at work. Despite being advised by his secretary to rearrange his office to prevent visibility of his screen, he claimed he was unaware that his screen was visible. Employees noted that he would hastily close the content when others entered, but took longer to do so when a woman entered, causing her discomfort and anxiety.
