‘XL bully’ mauls woman at home leaving her with life-changing injuries

The woman in her 40s suffered life-changing injuries after a suspected XL Bully attack in Bristol. XL bully dogs have been banned in the UK since February 1, 2024, due to a rise in fatal dog attacks. The dog responsible for the attack has been secured at the property as police await specialist dog handlers.
