Hills Real Estate Staff Joins New Firm Amid Liquidation

A South Auckland real estate company, Hills Real Estate, is facing a $22 million tax investigation and is being taken to the High Court to be forced into liquidation. Authorities are seeking $19 million in missed GST linked to Hills director Rickhil Prakash and Vashneel Prasad. In a potential effort to evade scrutiny, 11 staff members, including Prakash and Prasad, have recently joined rival firm Wallace Real Estate, selling properties that were previously associated with Hills.
