Wrapping up a tough year for single parent families

Birthright, a single parent support organisation, received an abundance of gifts from Heartland Bank for their Christmas collection, exceeding expectations and filling a third of the floor. The gifts, consisting of new toys only, will be given to one parent families to use for both Christmas and birthdays, providing joy to children in need. Despite a downturn in donations this year, Birthright continues to support families with essentials like power bills and food parcels, emphasizing their commitment to helping the community for over 60 years.
