Saskatoon Police Identify Remains Found in 2006

The remains of an unidentified woman found in a well in Saskatoon’s Sutherland neighborhood in 2006 have been identified as Alice Spence (nee Burke), who was approximately 35 years old at the time of her death. Spence, of Irish ancestry, is believed to have died from foul play between 1916 and 1918.
