Woman learns of terminal brain cancer after suitcase accident

Lauren Macpherson, 29, discovered she had a terminal brain tumor after a suitcase fell on her head while she was traveling home from a music festival. Initially fearing a spinal injury, scans revealed a tumor on her brain, diagnosed as oligodendroglioma, with an average life expectancy of 10 to 12 years. Despite the grim prognosis, Lauren remains hopeful, planning a wedding and a trip to Italy for her 30th birthday, while raising funds for Brain Tumour Research.
