A 70-year-old woman was killed after being struck by two vehicles while crossing Eglinton Avenue E. in Toronto on Wednesday morning. Both vehicles fled the scene, but a 48-year-old man later turned himself in and has been charged with dangerous operation of a conveyance causing death and leaving the scene of an accident.
