Windsor teacher gets prison for ‘predatory sexual conduct’

A former Windsor high school teacher, Ryan Turgeon, was sentenced to three years in prison for sexual “luring” of local youths by two different judges, with one judge emphasizing the predatory nature of his conduct. Turgeon, 39, sent explicit photos and videos to a 16 or 17-year-old student, impacting the victim significantly. He also received an eight-month sentence for a separate sexual crime and three years probation.
