Will Russia agree to a ceasefire after U.S.-Ukraine talks?

Other voices in Moscow, including ultranationalist Alexander Dugin, are wary of a ceasefire deal proposed by Rubio and National Security adviser Mike Waltz. The proposal includes resuming U.S. aid to Ukraine and enforcing a 30-day ceasefire, leaving the decision up to Moscow to accept or reject.
