Wordle is a web-based game where players have six attempts to guess a five-letter word, with color-coded hints indicating if letters are in the word and in the correct position (green), in the word but in the wrong position (yellow), or not in the word at all (gray). On December 13, 2024, the hint for Wordle was “a pugilist or type of dog,” with the answer being Boxer, a word that includes an 8-point Scrabble letter.
