Sewage overflowed into the Swan River for the second time in weeks due to a major pipe burst, prompting the Water Corporation to advise against recreational activities in affected areas. The public health advisory is expected to remain until further notice as investigations continue into the causes of the pipe failures, which occurred in sections of the infrastructure still within their expected service life.
