Waitrose to bring back free perk that had shoppers queuing around the corner

Waitrose is reintroducing free hot drinks for members of its loyalty scheme starting January 27, allowing one complimentary drink per day with a reusable cup for americano, cappuccino, latte, or tea. Originally launched in 2013, the perk had later required a purchase in-store, but is now returning to its original format due to customer feedback. To claim a free drink, customers must be MyWaitrose members and bring their own cup, with the option to sign up for the loyalty scheme online for free.
