Perth indie-rock band Little Birdy, led by Katy Steele, will reunite for a performance at the WA Day Festival on November 22-23, aiming to engage both original fans and a younger audience. Following their recent reunion tour for the 21st anniversary of their debut album, they will join a lineup of local acts including Drapht and Jebediah. Steele emphasized the importance of supporting local music and community, while also hinting at new music releases next year. The festival is supported by BHP, the WA Government, and Lotterywest, encouraging public transport use to Burswood Park.
