Two truckers, Iqbal Singh Virk and Ranjit Singh Rowal from the Toronto area, have agreed to plead guilty to U.S. federal charges, including conspiracy to distribute cocaine, linked to a drug-smuggling operation run by fugitive Ryan Wedding. They are the first Canadians to enter plea deals in this case involving the transport of cocaine from California to Ontario.
