Vietnam Ocean Shipping (VOSCO) is planning its largest fleet expansion in history, with over $400m approved for newbuilds. The company will acquire two secondhand supramax bulk carriers and four ultramax newbuilds, as well as four new MR tankers. Currently operating 13 aging vessels, VOSCO last received a newbuild in 2013.
