Additionally, evidence indicated that methamphetamine had been manufactured on-site and fires were set in the garage. Tenant Minh Quach was ordered by the Tenancy Tribunal to pay $73,782 to landlord Aligre Holdings Limited, rejecting his claim that the damage was caused by others while he was away. Quach admitted to allowing people to stay in the garage before being informed it was not allowed.
