Singapore’s “Bin the Vape” initiative encourages e-vaporiser users to safely dispose of their devices at designated bins across 24 locations, aiming to help them quit before strict laws against etomidate-laced vapes are enforced. The Ministry of Health warns that using such vapes will soon result in mandatory rehabilitation or severe penalties for repeat offenders, including lengthy jail sentences.
