A 47-year-old man died following a collision between a Mercedes Sprinter van and a parked Skoda Fabia on an unclassified road near Stonywynd, Boarhills, Fife, at 5.55pm on Thursday. Emergency services pronounced the driver dead at the scene, and the road was reopened around 10.25pm. Police are investigating and urge witnesses, particularly two men who assisted the driver, to come forward.
