Evans penalized for contact with hay bale in WRC Central Europe

World Rally Championship contender Elfyn Evans received a five-second penalty for hitting a hay bale during the opening stage of the Central European Rally. Co-driven by Scott Martin, Evans made contact with the obstacle in the 12.83km Golf und Therme test, which marked the beginning of the 18-stage asphalt event.
