Peugeot eyes new Le Mans Hypercar as part of long-term WEC focus

Peugeot is planning to develop a new Le Mans Hypercar as part of its long-term commitment to the World Endurance Championship. The French automaker has initiated discussions with the rulemakers, the Automobile Club de l’Ouest and the FIA, regarding the replacement of the 9X8, which was introduced in the latter half of the 2022 WEC and later underwent significant modifications.
