Robert Wickens participated in his first race of the season at the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in Long Beach, aiming to “leave with our heads held high.” The Canadian driver successfully achieved this goal while racing a Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R, which was specially adapted for him to use hand controls. Despite a strong performance, there lingered a sense of what could have been for Wickens during the event.
