Horner: Monaco track changes only way to encourage overtaking in F1

In response to the race’s predictability, Red Bull Formula 1 boss Christian Horner is advocating for significant changes to the event. This year’s race implemented a new mandatory two-pitstop rule, requiring drivers to utilize three sets of tyres across two compounds, which Horner believes has not improved the competition in the Principality.
