Alpine Formula 1 team principal Oliver Oakes has resigned with immediate effect, as announced by the team. Oakes, who joined the Anglo-French outfit in July last year to replace Bruno Famin, had been working alongside executive advisor Flavio Briatore. Following six rounds into the 2025 season, Oakes’s departure has led to Briatore assuming his responsibilities.
