SINGAPORE: Effective Sep 2, all non-immigrant visa applicants to the US must attend in-person interviews, reversing previous waivers, including for children and seniors. Singaporeans traveling under the Visa Waiver Program are exempt from this change but still need ESTA approval for travel.
