US Supreme Court declines to speed up decision to take up fight over tariff | Donald Trump News

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to expedite the review of a challenge by Learning Resources, a toy company, against President Trump’s broad tariffs, allowing lower courts to continue deliberations. Two district courts have ruled that Trump’s tariffs lack legal justification under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, but these rulings are currently on appeal.
