A coalition of 24 states has filed a lawsuit against President Trump’s administration to challenge the newly imposed 10 percent tariffs, which were announced following a Supreme Court ruling that invalidated previous tariffs. The lawsuit asserts that these actions circumvent Congress’s role in tariff implementation.
