US special envoy says another American hostage coming home Wednesday

One American hostage was released on Tuesday night, with another expected to be released on Wednesday, according to Special Envoy for Hostages Adam Boehler. The identity and location of the second hostage were not disclosed during an interview with CNN, where Boehler and Secretary of State Marco Rubio appeared. Meanwhile, American teacher Marc Fogel, who was detained by Russia, returned to the U.S. and was scheduled to meet with President Donald Trump at the White House.
