A health alert has been issued for frozen ham croquettes from Croquetas La Mary LCC due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, specifically soy and sesame. The US Department of Agriculture’s FSIS announced that the croquettes, produced in April and May 2023, are not fully cooked and pose a risk to consumers with allergies. Although no illnesses have been reported, the agency advises consumers to discard the product or return it, as it is no longer available for purchase.
