Plane, Black Hawk helicopter collide near D.C. And, Trump's plans for Guantánamo

In the Up First newsletter, a regional American Airlines jet collided with a Black Hawk helicopter near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, with first responders searching for occupants in the Potomac River. President Trump plans to use a migrant holding facility at Guantánamo Bay to house criminal migrants, and dozens of Jan. 6 defendants who received pardons had past criminal convictions.
