Member Maria Eloisa Quintero highlighted ongoing abuses under interim President Delcy Rodriguez, including attacks on civil society and media, with at least 87 detentions since January. Quintero emphasized that while some initial reforms seemed promising, they were overshadowed by irregularities, and the existing repression mechanisms remain intact.
